How it works?

We've established a 10-step design process for transparency and consistency.

Request

You let us know you're interested in our services. We get back to you asap.

Briefing

We start every interaction with a conversation. We invite you to a 30-minute briefing call, free of charge, where we talk about your needs and expectations.

Offer

We summarise your requirements in writing and prepare a proposal for you. You have up to 30 days to decide if you want to work with us.

Prepayment

Once you accept the offer, we ask you to pay 50% of the agreed cost.

Discovery phase

After receiving the prepayment, we start our work. First, we focus on deepening our knowledge of your event and business by carrying out a discovery survey or workshop, depending on the offer.

Initial concepts

Then, as specified in the offer, we prepare a few concepts for you and you choose one of them for further development.

Final concept

We work on the final concept and share it with you asap.

Feedback rounds

You have few feedback rounds at your disposal, as per agreed offer, for any change requests to the final concept.

Project delivery

We present the final design to you and deliver all agreed files.

Final payment

You pay the remaining amount to us and once it's received, you are able to use the design for its intended purpose*, as specified in the offer.

*Personal copyright remains with us, the designers. Economic rights are transferred to you, the client, based on the written agreement and upon payment.
